Industrial Applications & Acidity Range
Food Processing
We supply canneries, sauce and condiment plants, and marinade lines. Typical applications include marinated anchovy fillets, pickled peppers, mixed pickles and shipping brines.
Acidity Range
Standard grades run from 2.5% to 6% acidity depending on the product. A 20% high-concentration grade is available for industrial acidification, as a local substitute for imported glacial acetic acid.
